Ben Glass
Co-founder - Altaeros Energies
Ben co-founded Altaeros Energies in early 2010 along with Adam Rein and Alain Goubau. For the past two years, Ben has been a research assistant in the Aeronautical Engineering Department at MIT. While at MIT, Ben’s passion for engineering innovation has taken him across two continents in a car powered by the sun, and into the Australian outback to develop scramjets for hypersonic flight. He currently leads the design and general strategy for Altaeros Energies. In his free time, Ben enjoys snowboarding, hiking, cooking and, though he’s not yet very good, windsurfing.
