Colm O'Gairbhith, founder of Carbon Tracking Ltd., provides energy-related advisory services to clients in the private and public sectors in Ireland since 2008. The services cover the inter-related fields of energy/carbon management with particular focus on the potential of renewable energy technologies.
Colm O'Gairbhith holds a B.Eng in Electronic Engineering (University of Limerick, 1986) and an M.Sc in Renewable Energy Systems Technology (University of Loughborough, 2008). He has 10 years of experience in varied engineering roles with Ericsson Communication Ltd (Sweden) and then worked with Airbus Ltd (France) for 7 years as a consultant project manager in customer-facing IT projects. He also lectures in Renewable Energy Systems in Limerick Institute of Technology. He believes that, one of these days, something big is going to happen.
